A memorable Memorial Day event
Memorial Day in Lake City was a very special event at Lincoln High School. If you were not able to attend the free, public program, I encourage you to stream it on YouTube.
The program was meaningful as it focused on a number of important concepts: honoring those who lost lives in military duty, relating the history of the Memorial celebration, and acknowledging the importance of studying history and considering its value in the present day decisions made by institutions and governments.
