Runoff could be jeopardizing new trail

While visiting with my brother I decided to walk the walking/bicycling path from the Gold Star Memorial out to Hok-Si-La park.

It is a great walking path. However, being it was part of the recent highway improvement project I was surprised to see that water run off from the highway is washing out portions of the walking path. I also noted that there was a lot of trash along the way. This is very sad for such a nice improvement.
