School music cut could have negative ripple effect

Consider the game of setting up Dominos on end, in a line and then pushing the first one to create a ripple effect in which all in the line go down in sequence. If not a game person, then think about Lake Pepin and the wave action created by a passing fish wiggling its way through the water. If not a fisher person, then think of a passing boat creating wave ripples that wash onto the shore.
