Torch: Designated bike lanes

Are you ever concerned when your driving and you see someone walking or cycling  on the side of the rode and you barely saw them?

Being a scenic town on Lake Pepin we see many cyclists on the side of the narrow and hilly roads especially Highway 61. This can be a dangerous situation for both cyclists and drivers. In early June every year is the Tour de Pepin which attracts many cyclists to take a scenic ride around Lake Pepin and some people build concern over the safety aspect of this event.
