Lake City extends winning streak against Lewiston

On Thursday, June 20, Lake City Legion baseball travelled to Lewiston and took the lead late when in the top of the seventh Riley Borgschatz hit a fielder’s choice groundball which allowed Justin Wohlers to score from third, what would become the winning run.  
Wohlers opened the inning with a double to left center, advanced to third on a wild pitch and came home on Borgschatz’s groundball.   
 Wohlers pitched a complete game to earn the win, pitching seven innings and giving up only one earned run on seven hits, one walk and three strikeouts.
