The first in a series of nutrition sessions with Amanda Halls, RDN, LD, Mayo Clinic Health System, was held Jan. 10 at the Lake City Public Library. Seventeen people were in attendance for the first session. Three more sessions are scheduled in January on Thursdays, Jan. 17, Jan. 24 and Jan. 31.
