Letter: Highway project could spark a Lake City renaissance

To the editor:
Over the past several years, I have watched from afar the decline of Lake City in many ways. From the loss of restaurants to the decline of summer tourism, it is a shame that Lake City has and is being bypassed by Red Wing to the north and Wabasha to the south in these areas.
