To the editor:
My name is Russell Malcomson and I have raised my four children the last 20 plus years here in Lake City.
My wife Nancy and are enjoying watching our daughter Crystal Boe and her husband Russell raise our grandchildren. I am running for City Council in the upcoming election. I would like to take a moment and let you know my views on a number of issues that are all on our minds.
