No to TIF, yes to saving old jail house

I agree with Robert Pope about TIF financing for the luxury condos project.
I feel we have enough condos in Lake City now. What we really need is affordable housing. How can we support our local businesses unless we attract more new residents who will be here year round instead of most condo owners who are here for the summer season or only here once in a while? What is our plan? To cater to the wealthy or be a real community?
