Murphy’s Law cannot be proven or disproven. It simply states, “Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong.” And Finagles law adds, “At the worst possible time in the worst possible way.” We all have experienced things going awry. I had a nasty taste of “This can’t be happening” just recently. I took the Audi out of winter storage and promptly ran out of gas in the busy intersection of 10th Street and Highway 63 (Lyon Ave.) by the Kwik Trip. It was then I recalled the previous owner telling me the gas gauge was a little wonky. It was showing a quarter tank of fuel.
