What's it all about? Do you need a nap?

National Napping Day falls on the Monday after Day Light Savings time begins. It was created in 1996 to help people recover from the lost hour of sleep when we “spring forward.”

Many people say afternoon naps are one of life’s greatest pleasures. I can’t vouch for that as I haven’t taken a nap for a long time. I seem to feel a tinge of guilt trying to snooze in the middle of the day. Perhaps I will think otherwise when I get a little older. I also cannot doze off when on an airplane or as a passenger in a car. I may have trust issues.
