As a teacher years ago, I realized that I had developed a superpower. I had an unlimited ability to put people to sleep. Back in the 60’s and 70’s there were no cell phones or computers, so students had to listen and take notes. Those in my classes had no chance as I daily exhibited my dull eyes, lackluster personality and monotone voice.
