Letter: Leave the marina alone, again
To the editor:
Here we go again.
About every 10 years someone thinks they have a better idea for our Lake City Marina: to get rid of the summer homes, build a hotel, Disney amusement park, etc.
Leave the marina as it is. The marina doesn’t need any help. It’s Lake City’s cash cow.
Every small town in American would give anything to have our marina. It brings people to Lake City in the summer and winter months. This marina keeps Lake City businesses alive: stores restaurants, bars, gas stations, etc.
